XInput Joystick Problems

This is the exact same issue as #3216 and #3192. Reading those should summarize the issue I'm having.

I couldn't use their solutions, though; I don't see the file "config_xinput.yml." The closest thing to it, "config_input.yml" doesn't appear to have what they're saying to edit. This is most likely due to an RPCS3 update that heavily altered the files. Does anyone know what the equivalent would be?

Never mind. The issue still persists, it's just less consistent now. The earlier post said that 4000 was a good setting, I had my best luck at 9. It seems the main character is able to run perfectly fine in situations with a locked camera, but when I can control the camera, he walks super slow. At least, this is the case most of the time.

Is this really an xinput issue? It feels like this is game specific
