MOTORSTORM APOCALYPSE [NPUA80661]: cellGem warning spammed during gameplay #7152

Unlike the first two Motorstorms, Motorstorm Apoc. spams a cellgem warning at a high rate and may contribute to the performance issues this game suffers when trying to write to log file.

Example:

Windows 10 64-bit

Yep, that PR fixes it. Thanks! Unfortunately it didn't improve fps much, but still nice to not be spamming the log file for no reason.
