[Regression] Monster Jam: Path of Destruction/Generator Rex: Agent of Providence - Black half of the screen since #7000 and #7028. #7224

[ Monster Jam: Path of Destruction - Vulkan/OpenGL ]

This game crashes on #7000 and #7012 with a fatal error:

RSX: class std::runtime_error thrown: Verification failed: 
(in file C:\projects\rpcs3\rpcs3\Emu\RSX\Common\texture_cache.h:2307)
RSX: class std::runtime_error thrown: Verification failed: 
(in file C:\projects\rpcs3\rpcs3\Emu\RSX\Common\texture_cache.h:2310)

Build #7028 - 0.0.7-9164 fixed these crashes but now half of the screen is black.

The last working version is 0.0.7-9146.

Fixed by #7253. Tested monster jam; it requires WDB enabled to show the left side of the screen though. This is not a glitch, its just how the engine is coded.

I confirm the issue is now fixed by #7253.
Tested with Write Depth Buffer enabled.
