收录标准

• 拥有独立域名的个人博客
• 不收录：纯技术、纯网络、转载资源、网赚、主机资讯等类别的博客

非硬性但可参考的一般标准：

1. 博客创立时间 2 年以上
2. 每年发布博文不少于 5 篇

收不收录由谁来决定？

鉴于该项目目前是刚创立的阶段，并且是由本人发起的，在这个阶段「决定是否收录」由我个人独裁。但我不喜欢独裁。如果说这个项目能够得到关注以及肯定，我希望能由 3 个或者 5 个代表进行投票「决定是否收录」。「复兴 RSS」是一个中立的公共组织，它是属于所有人的，任何个人都可以推荐或者自荐优质的博客到列表中。
