Add script to automatically remove untagged docker images #15

Currently we build docker images from the master branch, and tag them as ghcr.io/rsserpent/rsserpent:master. However, this results in some untagged images (link).

We want to introduce a new script in the scripts/ folder to automatically remove such untagged images.

Also this script could include utils to automatically sync README.md to Docker Hub.
