这块我找郭老师 有时间我们开个会 RTT_ROOT理论上来说应该是bsp那边提供的，不知道为什么env找不到，不应该由env来判断的 |

这样可以处理bsp目录向上三级是rtt_root的情况。只有linux/macos使用menuconfig命令才需要找rtt_root
