Currently, all the S3 buckets in the documentation template use HTTPS to redirect. It seems like websites should only force redirects to HTTPS if they contain sensitive data, which obviously nothing in DotKEGG does. Therefore, we should remove this property from the bucket resources so they redirect with the protocol that was used in the original request (default).
