Create variable endpoints for BusinessServices

Since rule-engine 0.5.1 we support BusinessServices.
The REST-service should provide generated endpoints for each specified BusinessService, so that this specification is exposed to the JSON calls.

Features:

• automated endpoint (run and debug) generation for discovered BusinessServices,
• an endpoint that shows which endpoints are available,
• output for run endpoints for BusinessServices should only return sent inputs and specified outputs,
• output for debug endpoints for BusinessServices should return all facts with values.
