This code is based on the course exercises of ai for medical diagnostic. mainly dealing with multiclass classification of lung animalies and segmentation of brain tumor structure:
- data_preprocess: a dir for downloading and preprocssing data
- data_files: relevant partial xray data files including user metadata,binary labels, bounding boxes and split to train,test,val
- MRI: segmentation of brain tumor ( notebook and util.py)
- Xray: Multi class classification of lungs anomalies (notebook and utils.py)
