A hemorrhage segmentation model for traumatic brain injury

Requirements

The system requires the following:

  • Python : Python version 3
  • TensorFlow: The Deep Learning library for back end.
  • NiBabel: The library used for loading NIFTI files.
  • numpy : General purpose array-processing package.
  • scipy : Scientific packages.
  • DeepMedic : A deep learning framework for medicial 3D scan segmentation. We developed the model using this framework.
