add D110-D111-D112

PR description:

This pull request creates three new geometries incorporating updated tracker description. The geometries are based on the development presented in [1]

This introduces

T36 (in D110):
- OT: increased interladde radial spacing (+150 um) in TB2S
- IT: TFPX modules rotated slightly around their z axis, re-ordering of module placement on the different dees

T37 (D111): as T36 + IT TBPX Z+ and Z- rods translation of respectively +0.7 mm and -0.7 mm. This results in a central gap of 1.8 mm, asymmetric wrt to Z=0 in odd and even layers

T38 (D112): as T36 + IT TBPX Z+ and Z- rods translation of respectively +1.3 mm and -1.3 mm. This results in a central gap of 3.0 mm, asymmetric wrt to Z=0 in odd and even layers

PR validation:

• Checked XMLs make sense from Tracker design point of view
• Checked workflow numbering
• Checked that workflows with scenarios D80 and D81 run smoothly with no extra errors / warnings

The second commit on this working PR is meant to initalise the new globaltags that have to be equipped with new payloads.
