Hungarian translate to the WebUI

Added Hungarian translate to the WebUI.

Hi Roland!

Thank you for your contribution! Unfortunately, the tool does not currently support translations with different languages, so this pull request would overwrite the English version. This would be a lot of work to implement, so I created a release/hungarian-1.0.1 branch, so we can release the version separately and you can install the Hungarian container with the tag bulkrename:hungarian-1.0.1. I change the target branch and merge the PR.
