Not just @jeroenooms but @Vitoshka also mentioned that the tpl file extension is way too common, rapport should have something other for the templates. rapport is fine with me. @aL3xa?

@aL3xa: I'm also thinking of renaming tpl\\.(.*) functions to rapport.$1 :)
But this latter should be discussed for sure, maybe it's just too late here.
