Hi,

I'm unable to login to MyPlex on a fresh install of OpenPHT. It just keeps spinning on the 'retreiving code...' screen. Manually signin also doesn't work. The application appears to be unable to connect to the plex servers.

My setup;

  • Intel nuc i5
  • Debian Jessie
  • OpenPht build: jessie_amd64.deb (1.8.0)

I've already checked / tried the following:

  • System time is OK
  • Connectivity from the same server to my plex in the browser is working
  • Disabled IPv6

I'm also not able to locate any log files. They are either not where I'd expect them, or they're not being generated. Where should they be?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm suddenly having the same issue on one of my machines. Intel nuc i5, Linux Mint 17.2, OpenPHT 1.8.0. Been running fine for years.

While continuing to look for a solution to my problem, I came across https://forums.plex.tv/t/no-connexion-to-plexserver-with-openpht/222674/2 . Found my log file and I also had errors for libcurl. Installed the libcurl4-openssl-dev package and now it works again :)
