Utility for converting a "Gulf Stream Wall" text file to an OpenCPN GPX track file

Using the file/data from here: https://ocean.weather.gov/gulf_stream_latest.txt

Make two text files that contain only data from the north and then the south walls (the locations).

Copy the helper utility to the main OpenCPN 5.0 program folder. Run the program from that folder. You may have to accept a warning.

Press convert. Choose the first gulf stream wall file. Select/name the gpx file for the result of the conversion. Repeat for the second wall file.

Open the OpenCPN gpx track file using the import gpx option in route manager (tracks).
