[Enhancement] Reaction support

So.

Turns out there are forks of Mastodon that support Firefish-style reactions. The instance that I call my home actually runs one of these (props to Essem). And, among other things, it also shows reactions that are not implemented by, uhh, most mastodon clients (tho i can see why). Would be neat if tut supported them, just saying.
