Welcome to the PCaPP wiki! I'll use this to describe how to add data to the XMLs.

The Crafting page describes what the various perks that add crafting recipies do (except the basic smithing perks like Steel).
The Basic Info pages give an overview of the function of each XML and its sections.
The Adding Support pages detail how to add support for new mods to the xmls.
The Patch creation for Magic Mods pages detail how to get mod added spells to work with PerMa perks.
