Also, setting persist=true on new coin (especially w/o any bootstrap) is bad idea - it will spam errors "p2pool not connected to any nodes" |

We decided to move Pandacoin (PND) over to PoS instead of PoW but I forgot to close this pr. Thank you for considering it and your help nonetheless. |

I'm not sure about IDENTIFIER or PREFIX. Could you give me some information about those?
