Using Pencil, causes the drawing to jump off the screen

Reporting an issue regarding usage of pencil.
If pencil is used with brush size 1, then it works perfectly fine.
However, when the brush size is increased to 5 size, the drawing using pencil jumps of the screen.
Seems like the layer which it uses proportionally gets increased by the brush size.

This happens on some machines and not on all machines on browsers.
Can be reproduced on

MAC OS, Chrome latest version (15inch screen)
Windows 10, Chrome latest version (15 inch screen)
