v1.14 — Crimson Isles + Maps

Continuting the semantic versioning system ThatGravyBoat left behind, here comes v1.14!

• Maps for every island except the Deep Caverns! (Fuck vertically structured islands. Also the map for The End is scuffed because Mineways is the bane of my existence. also just realized the gold mines map offsets are uh... nonexistent. oops.)
• A bit of Crimson Isles support! (map, locations, Blaze Slayer tracking)

• Mithril Gourmand support!

Special thanks to the original dev (ThatGravyBoat) for allowing any continuation of SBH and giving me the exact instructions to produce bird's eye view maps of the Skyblock Islands. Verticall structured islands (The End, Deep Caverns) will take a little longer, but others islands are now on the way.
