Explain the term "albedo" earlier #1430

We've used the term "albedo" in multiple locations, but don't really explain it until the middle of book 3. This should be introduced and covered before our first use in book 1.

The term albedo was explained in the middle of book 3, but we use it
early in book 1 (for Lambertian materials). Move the explanation to book
1 before we first use it.
