Also, after publishing how to ensure the page shows up in the main menu, is there a menu edit/sort re-order. I dont see the page show up. I am trying the dev version now.

@fasteddys For now you go into Templates > _Layout and edit the template, but #182 for menu management is next up on the roadmap now that #177 is ready.
