feat(YouTube - Comments): Hide 'Create a Short' button

Feature description

When replying to a comment, there's a button with a camera icon, which when pressed opens 'Create a Short' which uses app camera and microphone, if permissions are given. A patch to hide this button.

Motivation

Accidental touches can be avoided while also providing privacy protection by not accidentally having your camera and microphone opened and peeked into by Google.
