• glucose_10mar_old.dg uses the older .dg format that doesn't contain the rules with it. This is not a problem if you load the rules in all.py without changing any names.
• glucose_10mar_new.dg contains the newer format.

Note: the time each generation took to run in the Aug 2020 and in March 2021 runs were different, perhaps due to other tasks running. A discrepancy of the time that can be reported log.txt file with the table provided in the manuscript ESI could be simply due to which file's time was reported. We decided to report "the minimum time taken".
