I'm no longer actively managing reactivex.github.io. We need to find others who can pick up my slack. |
http://reactivex.io ranks highly in searches like "rx operator all" and serves as the entrypoint for https://github.com/ReactiveX. Perhaps one of the active project teams could own it? If a maintainer regularly reviewed PRs, a contributor could fix the broken GitHub Pages deployment. Someone from the RxJava team (@akarnokd?) might want to pick it up since RxJava deploys docs to Other than the RxJava team, another candidate might be someone on the RxJS team (@niklas-wortmann?). https://rxjs.dev is frequently updated, but the RxJS samples on http://reactivex.io are out of date. Not saying the maintainer of reactivex.io should fix that, but if there was a maintainer, someone might get bored and replace the outdated samples with links to rxjs.dev. |
@r3h0 I don't have the knowledge to support this site and only the owner of the domain reactivex.io can fix the missing DNS records for HTTPS.
Not sure what you'd want to see at http://reactivex.io/RxJava . |
I believe @benjchristensen may own this domain, or at least he should know the name of the person who does as he is listed on whois. I hate to see this repo die; it has a lot of great patterns. |
I believe issue 355 will be closed; we are now able to navigate to the page using https. |
Also, I can volunteer to help to help contribute to this repo. I think it is important to to have a cohesive website to keep the RX ecosystem alive. |
