How to install:
add 'exec resources/SimpleChatClear/admins.cfg' to the very top of your server.cfg
if you're using Mythic Notify make sure that you start that before SimpleChatClear
add 'start SimpleChatClear' to the server.cfg
and maybe head to config/config.lua to change the configuration
