When opening SmartTemplates settings from Add-ons Manager instead of the different buttons / status bar element of the SmartTemplates UI, it is missing the important buttons to the right for export / import / expanding the dialog:

According to inspector, the following rule sets the buttons to not being displayed:

Fixed version:

smartTemplate-fx-4.5pre73.zip

To install, download archive and drop into Thunderbird Add-ons Manager (don't extract contents). As this is a change in a style sheet, it may be necessary to restart Thunderbird to see the effect. (Style sheets are cached by Thunderbird for performance reasons)
