Notice to all maintainers

Please DO NOT MERGE any PRs @dependabot generated for upgrading Node.js packages, as this might break the lock file and it might also not update the pnp.cjs file.

Currently Blocking Issues

Do not tick until the blocking issues in Dependabot Core are resolved.
