I've tested this against the API and it works as intended, however simulations do not currently upload reports. This implies there are bugs I need to fix elsewhere but this PR functions so it's time to merge. |

We currently have build reports which show you the resource utilisation of a design. These reports are generated early in the build process, in fact they're generated for a simulation too. We've been making changes internally to expose reports for simulation too, they're not quite ready but when they are this PR can be merged.
