Items Vanish. Then reappear after restarts.

We are having a big problem with inventory glitching. Right now we have restarts set for every 3 hours. When we reach a player count of 5-10. We notice people will crash or relog to fix something, but when they come back there is nothing in their inventory. They can still access items from their horse and put them into their player inventory but when they close the locker menu to the horse and open up their personal inventory. The item that was put in is gone but the weight was added. Players can’t buy items from stores or deposit/ withdrawl money from the bank. The only thing that fixes it is restarting the server. Allowing peoples pockets to have those items again. Any help or guidance would be much appreciated. We are stuff because we don’t have any errors pin pointing us to the problem.

same issue with revolver. for some reason, players buy revolver, they have it in there hand, they can use it, but, when server restart, the revoler is gone instead of inventory, and they need to buy new one.
seems the inventory is very very glitchy and unstable.
