Moving redpitaya_scpi.py from the Python examples folder in the main repository to /home/jupyter/RedPitaya will make it available to all Python programs (not just Jupyter notebooks). As well as adding the file here, it could be removed from https://github.com/RedPitaya/RedPitaya/blob/master/Examples/python/redpitaya_scpi.py to avoid a duplicate.
