The SPDX Eclipse Plugin interfaces with an instance of DoSOCS which uses a MySQL database for caching recently scanned files and which also interfaces with an instance FOSSology+SPDX using a Postgresql database for the fossology scans.

Postgresql Database w/ FOSSology+SPDX Schema : Directions and additional details for setting up the Postgresql database are provided in the Prerequisites Installation section under the Installation Documentation in the wiki.
