Description
This PR is a refactor and reimplementations of a few features in a async way for a better experience for users and a higher rate of operations.
This will also contain a few changes within all commands after the SQL refactor has finished to unify the looks and feels of Ree6 commands. While also making these more "modern".
A new Addon System will also be implemented since the move to Java17 broke the current one.
