If relaxed is run with --build-once and fails to generate a pdf, e.g. because of a pug syntax error, exit with status 1. Fixes RelaxedJS#114

Thanks for the heads-up, I think this went wrong when merging two PRs that touched the same lines. I uploaded a fix in #197. |
