Welcome STAT 687 students!!!
If you've already created your GitHub account - post a comment below.
Your comment should include - at a minimum - your first name and the first initial of your last name. You won't get any extra points for adding pithy comments, but don't let that stop you. Your comments will provide me with your GitHub 'handle' (username) and help me connect your username with your real name.
Once everyone who's registered for the course has posted their comment, I'll send everyone an invitation to join the Reliability organization. After accepting your invitation you'll be a full-fledged member of the team - yay! Once everyone's in, I'll split you up into your assignment teams - you will remain in these teams for the rest of the course.
Finally, if you're unfamiliar with GitHub, don't worry! The first assignment (HW#1) is designed to help everyone get familiar and comfortable with these modern, fancy-schmancy collaboration tools.
So go ahead and post your comment already!
