Add ability to find cost of tritium supply #7

It might be handy if we can specify a cost of tritium in $ per kg or even £ per kg and then get a cost of startup

If TBR is small and loses are big then the cost of on going supplementary tritium could be found

Or if TBR is big and loses are small then the profit of tritium sales could be found
