Only the latest stable version is supported with bug fixes and security updates.

- Increasing the MAJOR version means incompatible API changes
- Increasing the MINOR version means functionality added in a backwards-compatible manner
- Increasing the PATCH version means backwards-compatible bug fixes and security updates
