Quality of life update that makes it so that in midi->cotton conversion variables are used for instruments and banks in each track, and these variable can be easily modified at the top of the file. This makes it easier to adapt a midi to the wave bank that is used by the level you want the custom bms to play music in.
Also added two .bat files for drag&drop convenience.
