I'm good with that. Let me make the branch of the commit with NIDM + brain volume files and then we can move it (not quite sure how that's done)....

Ok, now we have 2 branches:

  • Master: Latest NIDM model with some project metadata moved outside of the project activity to linked entities but currently contains no brain volumetric data.

  • wBrainVols_7_2023: NIDM files with previous model (i.e. 2023 OHBM and before) which has project metadata embedded in the activity and contains brain volumetric data from ANTS, FSL, and Freesurfer

So, happy to have this moved to ReproNim....

It is in the Settings of the repo at the bottom in the Danger Zone --

or just invite me as Owner level to collaborate and I could do that. all branches etc would be transferred along with it
