Cannot look for addons in addon manager

RequestPolicy blocks requests to mozilla in about:addons "Get Add-ons" tab. This would probably be correct behavior but those requests are not in the request log.

I can reproduce this, it happens only in "Default block" policy. Requests to addons.mozilla.org are blocked as expected, the bug here is that RP's menu shows [no origin] and does not display requested domains.
