Information automatically collected

In Short: Some information — such as your device characteristics — can be collected automatically when you visit our Services.

We collect certain information when you use our Services and we require log data in the case of an error (such as a crash). This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your operating system, device model, date and time of the error while using our Services, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

The information we collect includes:

  • Device Data. We collect device data such as information about your Android device. Depending on the device used, this device data may include hardware model, Android OS version, and system configuration information. No personal identifying data is collected.

We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services.

3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Other than the data processed using the Google Play Service libraries and services, we do not share your data with any third parties.

4. LOGGING INTO YOUR MICROSOFT ACCOUNT: WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND RETAIN?

When logging into your Microsoft account in order to use the Microsoft AI Image Creators functionality, RESET Collection does not collect and retain any of your Microsoft account information, including your login and password. When you log into your account, you are doing so through Google's Android "WebView" library which collects, processes, and transfers your information. Android System WebView lets applications display browser windows in an app instead of transporting the user to another browser. WebView is built on top of the open source Chromium project. It adheres to network, http, and security protocols like the Chrome browser. The Microsoft web pages accessed through the WebView within RESET Collection use Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) to encrypt communications.

Upon logging into your Microsoft Account, the WebView browser library can save cookies for the purposes of logging in the user again during future sessions.

We stress again, the RESET Collection native app outside of the Google WebView library will not read or retain any of your account information, and the RESET Collection app outside of the Google WebView library will not access or share the cookies created.

5. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?

Yes, we may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this privacy notice, we may notify you by prominently posting a notice of such changes. We encourage you to review this privacy notice frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.
