For government offices who want to cut high bills. Currently gov offices call each other over regular land lines with PSTN numbers that incur high international fees. Propose an app that can assign virtual numbers to employees. Multiple virtual numbers in different countries (e.g. employee Alice has a virtual PSTN number in Pakistan and Japan). Employees can be contacted on either virtual number. When called, the virtual numbers (Restcomm) ring multiple devices - smart phones, tablets, office line in current employee office location. Offload to WiFi connected apps when possible. Still guarantee reliable and secure connectivity. The government does not like to us Skype, because its security is compromised in countries such as China. MS Lync is very expensive per user. Government is looking for a solution that is reasonably priced and completely secure. Steven Spiegel at Snapchat (or similar app) visited Pakistan and educated uFone on secure OTT apps.
