RVD does not suport status callacks for calls made with Dial/Client element.

http://documentation.telestax.com/connect/rcml/client-rcml.html#statuscallbackevent

Note that such request do not expect to be fed with RCML. So it seems that a new sort of module may be required where only Log and ES elements are allowed.

Temporarily disable statusCallback from UI until supported from rcomm

statusCallback is temporarily disabled only in UI until it's enabled from restcomm side. I did this to make sure the project version aspect as well as #100 are committed to master.
