Simple command for RA bot, which directs users into something productive or helps them see that features do not magically appear.

Oh yeah. The actual psx answer is on the FAQ (then !faq psx) and the additional info you put on the response I plan to add in the "how to contribute" doc in a later moment.

I also plan to implement a more advanced alias system, where commands !faq psx could be invoked via !psx, and !faq manualunlock via !manualunlock, etc.
