Update bot to v1.1.0

Hi guys,

Thanks for merging the other PR and glad I could be of help.

I've made some further changes to the bot and would like to call it version 1.1.0.

✨ Changes v1.1.0 ✨

Changes included in this PR:

• Update packages. There where some outdated packages which I've updated to the latest version.
• Fix errors. I've introduced a "bug" in the logging output from pinojs and I have fixed now. This issue did not affect the bot working based on my tests, but was not printing out all the log outputed if there was an error.
• Added !timenow command. This was taken from ToDo list #1,!timezone command and implemented how I thought would fit better 😅
• Updated readme to look a bit better
