Restructure dev box

Remove dedicated game rename page and integrate into game dev box.
Remove unused redirector comments.

Overall, I like the changes. I've offered a few additional suggestions since we're already changing things.

Now I wonder if the claims block should go back into the left column as well, reuniting it with the other management links.

Maybe leaving the claim button in the right column? Actions vs. links.

Reverted an unintended change where the line-height of buttons and form inputs was increased.

This wasn't meant to be introduced before a general typography overhaul.

I like that idea. Note that "Manage Leaderboards" becomes a button if there aren't any.

May even want to split them so "Manage Claims" is on the left (it's only visible to admins) and then move Claim History below the Claim/Drop button
