Click on RetroBat-v6.2.1-stable-win64-setup.exe in the assets section below to download the setup program, then run it to start a new installation of RetroBat.
📍To update from previous versions
Run retrobat.exe then open the menu of the EmulationStation interface. Choose Updates & Download, set Update type on stable then wait for the notification showing that an update is available and proceed with Start update.
