Volcano-plot is a JavaScript library that creates linked volcano plots to allow for data exploration across measures. The volcano-plot includes interactive features such as real-time filters, listings, and data linkage.
A volcano plot is a variation of a scatter plot that displays effect size against statistical significance. Volcano plots are commonly used with large biological data sets and provide an efficient visualization of which data points achieve both the desired magnitude of effect and statistical significance.
