Mapping of search parameters to solr fields
This adds search functions for Exact/Varied quality of repeat kinds (the latter works fine, but simply lacked exact/varied function).
This adds missing search functions for the HR Presentation types. Previously these were indicated only with html boilerplate, but no connection to underlying data.

Andrew: Micah and Richard are proposing fixes to the Du Chemin 'search' system. Previously the functions for the HR presentation types and the Exact/Varied repeats of Literary Form were not working. See proposed changes to views/search.py, templates/search/blocks/prestype_block.html, and templates/search/blocks/musicalform.html
