New in version 10.0:

  • Captain is now open-source software (GPL-3.0)
  • Built with latest Electron version
  • Works on macOS Monterey including dark mode
  • Supports Docker Compose 2
  • Checks GitHub releases for auto updates
  • Switched to yarn
  • Ported to TypeScript
  • Rebuild UI with React
  • Configured hot reloading DX with Webpack 5 for the main as well as the renderer process
  • Build x64 and arm64 (Apple Silicon) versions

Update: The latest Captain binaries are now officially signed with my Apple Developer ID. Please download the latest version of Captain.
